Due to the nature of our food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue. Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

If a refund is requested after 48 hours and the product has not arrived, a $8.88 return and handling fee will be deducted from the refund due to the nature of the product and shipping process.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has been shipped
